Proper
installation of your hardscape products is so very important. The
appearance and lifetime of your project will be determined by how well
the following steps are carried out, comprehensive design, choice of
product, and detailed installation.
To
help you find a qualified hardscape professional to install your E.P.
Henry hardscape products we have created the following list of
contractors. To be eligible to be included in this list, contractors
must meet the following requirements.
|
- Have had a business relationship "in good standing" with TMM for at least two years.
- Have had visual inspections of completed jobs by TMM staff.
- Have successfully completed the ICPI Contractor Skills Certification course and the NCMA. Segmental Retaining Wall certification (for wall construction only)
- Provide a copy of their written guarantee on their workmanship for a minimum of three years.
- Required to install products in compliance with ICPI, NCMA, and EP Henry standards
- Have general liability insurance and Workmen's Compensation
- Commit to following up on all leads generated by TMM within three business days.
|
The
qualified contractors listed above are not employees of TMM; they are
professional contractors, that TMM recognizes as generally providing a high
standard of service and quality. The above list of contractors
is an accommodation to our customers only, and TMM assumes no
responsibility for any work performed by any qualified contractor.
While we have done our best to prescreen these contractors, please be diligent and check references, experience with jobs of similar scope, etc. before contracting with any. We also suggest that you get a thorough proposal in writing before starting work that spells out job specifics, products used, warranty, payments terms, and any other issues that you deem appropriate.
