Because the concept of “Outdoor Living” in Blair County is a fast growing trend we have invested in several Outdoor Oven lines, which include Chicago Brick Ovens and Fire Rock Outdoor Ovens. These easy to install Outdoor Ovens will get you on the fast track to creating a unique and unforgettable dining experience for your family and friends.

We do the events below so you can come out and experience first hand not only seeing these units in action, but also being able to taste the cuisines that have been finished to perfection by one of these wood fired ovens. See you at one of these events!

Meet our Chef

Chef Steve "Eten" St. Martin has been creating delicious brick oven baked food for over 30 years. Having years of experience with brick oven cooking, you will not be disappointed with the tasty flavors that emerge from the oven. He runs a chef business, Le Chef Chez Vous, literally meaning the chef at your house. Let him help you plan an event in your fire rock brick oven and create that back yard cooking experience like you've never experienced.
