Tussey Mountain Mulch was founded as a family business in 1988 by Lawrence M. Martin. The focus of the company at that time was processing bark mulch that was sold primarily to the wholesale markets in the east. Since 1999 the wholesale division of the company has been refocused into more specific regions and continues to grow with our trucks servicing more than fifty wholesale accounts.

In 1999 Timothy A. Martin purchased the business from his father and opened a landscape center near Hollidaysburg. The business continues as a family business with the assistance of fifteen full time and part time team members, which allows us to attain our goal of offering a wide selection of products and services that make it possible for anyone to have access to the landscape products the professionals use!

From our location along Rt 36 we provide mulch and landscaping supplies to central Pennsylvannia including Altoona, Holidaysburg, Duncansville, Claysburg, Roaring Spring, Martinsburg and Williamsburg. We also deliver to Blair and surrounding couties, call for details.
